Stupid perimenopause question
Could moving to a different climate make one's night sweats and hot flashes worse?

1. Just a comment
I notice when the weather is warmer that I experience more flashes. Just to sleep I must have the room temp around 60 degrees.

2. I find that when it's cold out, I wear warmer pj's w/ the heat on, and
turn on my mattress heating pad I experience more hot flashes. I stopped wearing such warm pj's to bed and having the temperature on the heating pad turned up high.
