Suggestions for stores that sell good athletic underwear?

I have a heck of a time finding underpants that fit right. I'm looking for something that stays in place well and doesn't ride up my butt every time I go running. Also, most department stores only sell size 5 and up for underpants. Usually the size 5 corresponds with a 36 inch hip size. My hips are 33.5 inches, which I think this is why all my underpants are so loose fitting. Since my underwear fits so loosely, they ride up my butt constantly and especially when I workout. I'm always disappointed with the underwear I get. They all look real nice, but they suck in terms of functionality. Any ideas?

2. Have you looked at Bare Necessities?

I haven't purchased anything from there, and I couldn't find how their sizing runs, but they do have a substantial selection including extra-small. Here's a link:

3. I think they should come up with half sizes in underwear

Example: if a 7 is too small, but an 8 is too big, they ought to have a 7 1/2 which will likely fit.
