The law they are considering probably wouldn't stand. I can't imagine it standing. No provision for an at-risk (health) pregnancy, no exception for rape or incest. Equally appalling: makes it a felony to transport anyone across state lines for an abortion. I'm amazed that any law containing a provision that makes a prisoner out of a US citizen is allowed to stand.
