Has anyone else used this method?
I went yesterday for the first session. It took about a half hour. I have another session Friday. There is a third session, if I need it, that I can take advantage of in my first year of being smoke free.
I was tired yesterday, but without any significant cravings. I woke up wanting a cigarette. For me, the first one of the day is the hardest to do without.
I would like this to work for me. I have smoked for more than forty years. I don't expect anything to be easy.
