Companies have to account for stock options that are granted to employees. "AS" may stand for 'acquired shares". The person exercised stock options they owned and acquired more shares of stock.
Options can be VEEEERRRRY lucrative, the aquisition price is sometimes at seriously deep discount vs. the market value of the stock.
