Ever heard of SmartyPig.com?

www.smartypig.com Read about it in my AARP bulletin and wondered if anyone here, with more knowledge than I have about $$$, would look over that site and see if it is valid. It is offering 3.25% APY, compounded daily, paid quarterly. A regular amount is paid into smartypig each month from your personal bank savings or checking account. The rate is so competitive, and I've never heard of it before, so am kind of hesitant. What do the experts here think? Thanks!
