Question about Offering Statements..
When an Offering Statement is prepared for the sale of state bonds
there is a section in which the entity which will be benefiting from the proceeds of the bonds provides a "management disclosure" about the organization as well as recent financial information. Are non-financial misrepresentations in such management disclosure statements any sort of violation of the law?
