1. The black fellow who was questioning/confronting FOX's producer did it...

...a la O'Reilly style, actually - aggressive and obnoxious, and later on JJ himself had to intervene and tell the aggressive guy, 'Don't do that' in a very gentle way. I liked JJ very much at that moment, actually, even if Bill O'R dismissed JJ's intervention as insignificant. I'm still unsure about what exactly the guy wanted the FOX producer to answer or address - he just kept repeating something like, 'What does FOX, say, huh?', while blocking the producer's path.
