He is full of crap. The elected officials from HRC-winning strongholds like CA and NY, and going to be rather angry if their elected official goes against their desires and does not choose the candidate whom they voted for.
EDIT TO ADD:
There will be no more caucases. Every political pundit has BO and HRC splitting the remaining pledged delegates right down the center, 1/2 and 1/2.
Right now, BO has 3.7% more pledged delegates than HRC. Once the Dme party sorts out the states of FL and MI, it looks like HRC will do better than BO than she did in the original races that Dems dismissed because they voted early.
