I asked Hillary not to accept the V.P. post |
|
First, if the ticket loses - as it may - she would be blamed but would never be able to win in another primary cycle; look at Joe Lieberman and John Edwards.
If the ticket win, she will not be able to then run on her own. Except for papa Bush, sitting V.P.s don't win elections. Plus, all the ones who have been complaining about the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton, etc., will fight even more for her running on her own.
She should start traveling the country to be ready for another run in 2012 or 2016.

1. Hillary will be blamed no matter what |
|
Republicans used the Clenis as blame for everything. Now the Obama supporters blame everything on the Clenis and Hillary. The Clintons will be blamed for all the ills in the country and in the democratic party for years.
I don't think she should be VP. If he loses, it will be Hillary's fault (according to Obots) no matter if she is on the ticket or not. I'd rather she wasn't so they will look more foolish.

2. I am beginning to feel the same way. |

I hope she gets as far from this losing ticket as she can.
She would make it a winning ticket, and then she'd spend the rest of her career cleaning up after the new kid on the block.
