a valued Hillary supporter just emailed me--said she would leave the board if this person not tombstoned. damn i want that person to stay---but i understand the frustration.

18. Not until I saw your link. After yesterday my opinion of most of the Obama supporters

on this board is level with that of the freepers. I came home from work and saw the posts and wanted to scream. My ability to reason what is going on is gone. If their behavior is the new norm we are in deep deep trouble. Not exactly what I'd calling uniting the country if that is the goal, although I have my doubts that we want to be. I feel like we have taught this generation how to thrive on conflict and fighting. Attacking with weapons or words. These types of attacks were bad enough in the general election. Now to see them in the primary is so disheartening. What man or woman of any substance ever want to run for public office? And the misogyny is given a free pass and diminished. As Shirley Chisholm said "I've always met more discrimination being a woman than being Black." "When I ran for the Congress, when I ran for president, I met more discrimination as a woman than for being Black. Men are men." And woman after woman on this board jumps in and takes part in the misogynist attacks, and even rationalizes them. I am truly disgusted. No longer taking part on any board but this one and a couple others. (Unless I see you or one of the others from here involved and I can help out of course.)
