Anyone remember his website after Nevada where they posted his winning the state by getting an extra delegate even though she won the state.

The phone call is to the candidate, the public concession is to the voters - that majority of people who voted the other person. You acknoledge their rule - the majority rule - that democracy ol' boon. His contempt for voters will not be without consequences - it definitely helped me pick Hillary over him.
