I have an idea for ending all the stupid Obama posts in GD: Politics...

...Ignore them ALL!

Now I don't mean put everyone on ignore, just don't take the bate. ALL the stupid "Obama is Great" crap posts are Flame bate, and the people who post them thrive on the angry comments they get when they post them.

But if you don't respond to the bait, they will all end up just talking to each other. Eventually, they will realize that only the other Obama idiots are responding to their posts and hopefully, most of them will stop.

It won't be easy, and a few of the newer and more stupid people won't get it for a while, but I think it's the only way. Other wise, responding only make the situation worse.

O.K.? Will you try this idea?

1. Though it sounds like a good idea, look how

long we all posted hating bush and praising our people, and we did fine agreeing with each other without arguing with anyone "outside", so I don't think that would stop the crap going on. I think the only thing that will stop it is the mods stepping up, though I suspect many of them are content to let the HRC supporters keep leaving.

...but most felt that the Mods would probably not step up for us. It might work, but most here think not.

2. I have said the same thing, Ignore them all. We need all Hillary supporters

to agree with this. Only reply If a Hillary supporter starts a OP to cover his or hers back.
Let them talk among st themselves and pretty soon they will start eating their own.

I have watch them start their flame bait threads and wait for one of us Hillary supporters to join in so they can swarm in like a load of locusts and devourer everything in site. One Hillary supporter had an idea to use the popcorn emoticon, but don't reply.

Yes, I will try this idea. Game on! Edit to hit alert button when need be.
If we stand together and do this, it will be fun watching them implode within.

...doing that keeps the thread "Kicked" which sort of defeats the purpose of ignoring them.

Maybe we should agree to use the Popcorn only on the really self-destructive posts?

Another question is, what do you write in the your post headline? Should we use a single dot or asterisk (. or *), or maybe just a single word like No. or Wrong. or just call it for what it is, Flame-bate and then add the popcorn?

everytime they post a vile picture of hillary, i reply with a nice photos of obama with his arm around bill, or a pic of obama smiling and laughing with hillary....they dont know how to reply to it, heheh.
