People tend to get disheartened when they relapse and lose the time that they have built up. I do think that is good, in a way, because it means that you do still have your priorities straight but they got screwed up for a minute. But the counter never goes all the way back to zero, because each sober day that you have changes you a little bit. It might be two steps forward and three steps back sometimes - but at the end of the day you will come out ahead.

Before they finally make it home. I've known many who went out a few times before settling in for the long haul. You've had 19 months, so you know it's possible.
Don't beat yourself up. Just do what you need to do to get better.
