A big Minnesota hello to all
Hi I'm Matt and I struggle with mental illness and chemical dependency.

Long stretches are fine, short-term relapses suck, but over-all, I'm ok. (I binge when I go crazy.)

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say thanks to all of you...just reading this forum helps so much.

I'll try and speak up more here. Every voice helps. :)
