I spoke to my dad today for the first time in 20 years.

As most of you know,my dad is dying.Ours has been a long-distance relationship with periodic cards and letters.By coincidence,my mom talked to him today.I was there and we talked for a long time.I told him to let go of the guilt,and i loved him and what I gained from him.It was good.I have been sober 2 weeks.i will be sober today.Thanks for listening.
