I'm writing this because I feel like I need help. I'm hanging on to my sobriety, but there have been days lately where it has really been a struggle for me. I think it is because of all the added stress of law school. I have still been going to meetings, but I haven't had a lot of time for self-care type things like exercise, sleep, or meditation. I feel like I'm going through the motions with my recovery, and I know that is not a tenable situation to be in. So I guess I'm writing this to reach out. Even if no one reads it, I just wanted to admit, if to no one but myself, that I can't do this alone and that I need help.

Seriously, I have to remember to take deep breathes when I get over stressed.
