Am heading into depression....?

Need more meetings, ..
..girl friend problems.
..possible health issues...very worried about medical test tomorrow..

Need more meetings and contacts..but well, don't feel like it..
and ..feel bad.

1. Stuart G, Please take occasion of medical test

to also find meetings and docs; sounds like medication for depression might be appropriate. Taking steps will help; taking meds will help.

PLEASE do these things.

btw, depression is very familiar to us,
yes, clinical depression.

Many people in recovery go through this.

5. Medical Test ok...results in a couple of days..

Thanks for the support. Medical test was a cardiac stress test..(I've had a number of them before, and surgery, more than 10 years ago.....that is why the thing scared the hell out of me)
..Nothing unusual during the test./Everything went smoothly..
....I took some literature with me, to read inbetween stages of test
....(Big Book and 12 and 12) after the last stage of the test, the tech in charge of the last Xray scan machine came up, after viewing my books and said..
......"You know, Bill W. was into Zen Budaism?"...a smile spread across both of our faces..

The depression is less intense today...
,,girl friend situation also much better, but not resolved totally yet..
..women? ...I don't understand em..but I guess that is another forum..

7. Results...No blockage..results great news.

Results are for a normal heart, no.. blockage..great news.
..Doctor called last night at 8:30pm. Central...
..I am grateful for the program and your support too. Without it, I know that I would have fallen into a much deeper hole. While this was going on, I went to meetings, contacted people..and kept going one minute at a time.
....I am a very lucky person to have such support.
Have increased medication for depression and feel ok today.

My daughter has the depression, my son has the alcohol.
