I'm doing the design and layout of a new book / magazine tentatively titled PoetRecovery: Poetry, Stories, and Drawings of Recovery and Redemption.

This is a non-profit enterprise; the publisher is a woman who has experience in the field of publishing in general, and in graphic-novel publishing in particular.

If you'd like to submit any materials for publication, send them to [e-mail], with (IMPORTANT!) the subject line "poetry submission." (Even if it's a story or drawing; the subject line has to be as requested so your message will be whitelisted by my spam filter.)

The fine print: You would only be assigning first-publication rights to the magazine; you would retain ALL other aspects of copyright. You may request that your work be published under a pen name of your choice, or anonymously. If we feel that editing is necessary, edits would be sent to you and subject to your approval. Since this is a nonprofit venture, your only payment would be a copy of the magazine - and, of course, the satisfaction of being published.
