But Hazelden Foundation has an outpatient program in NYC.

They are very reputable and would likely be able to refer your friend to a good inpatient program, if necessary.

Most inpatient programs worth their salt would be able to accomodate a Kosher lifestyle, as they need to accomodate all kinds of different diets.
