Maybe not really an addiction, but what do you think? |
|
I am pretty thoroughly hooked on soda. I'm reluctant to dignify this habit by calling it an addiction, but my various efforts to cut back have met with only limited success, so what do I know?
Basically, it seems like a question of personal discipline, which in this case at least I appear to lack. Any tips for reducing my urge to consume this vehicle for empty calories and other not-so-good-for-you stuff?
MODS: Please move or delete if this is the wrong group. I don't wish to trivialize actual, serious addictions, but I hoped I might gain some insight by posting here.
Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.
