An unofficial South Beach discussion site I belong to has some excellent recipe collections. Even if you are not on SBD, these are good, because they usually include lean proteins and whole grains. I just thought y'all might enjoy perusing some new ideas, since with me, getting bored with what I eat is the kiss of death to my diet plan. http://www.southbeach-diet-plan.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5&sid=03a9931bde04eed00a2df1be08e8152a

6. One of my favorites... |

is whole wheat pita pizza. You can use so many different combinations of toppings so you won't get bored with it. I just put a bit of pizza sauce on, some chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper and part-skim mozzarella amend stick it in the toaster oven. Quick, easy, and tasty!

Cook up some oatmeal, you can let it cool down if you like. Throw it in the blender with some protein powder, berries, and milk. It's a good breakfast that you can take with you to work. If you don't like the taste of oats, then use more berries to cover the taste.
