Actually, the scale said I gained 2 pounds on Friday, but it turns out I was very constipated (sorry to be gross) for reasons unknown, so I'll say on faith that I'll at least be back down to where I was by next week.

I've lost 10 pounds! I have 3 to go to meet my goal, but I think I'll take off 5 more after that. I'm needing new clothes but I'm not willing to buy any until I hit my goal and keep it off for a couple weeks. I can't afford to get any and keep losing or to put it right back on. I'm not worried about gaining it back because losing has been so easy. I've been following WW during the week and one day over the weekend we have our 'eating out' day where I just watch portions but don't usually count points. I don't plan to go back any time soon!
