| Hi yall! I have lost 24 pounds in three months,,half way there! |
|
I am pretty pleased with my progress, and am already lowering my bp medicines. Started at 166 around Christmas, and am now at 142. I occasionally cheat, and dont sweat it a bit. I walk between 3-7 miles a day, and eat about 1200 cals a day. seems to be the recipe for success! My goal is 120/ and I havent been that weight since I was 17. I also plan on maintaining this weight for the rest of my life, and realize it wont be easy. but either is dying of weight complications like diabetes and high bp. both run in the family and Im doing everything I can to avoid these in my future.

Congratulations on your success so far, and congratulations for staying on your program! It must be so exciting to see such fantastic results, and that will spur you on towards even greater losses. The best part is getting to where you can see tossing those bp meds!
Do you use a food diary to keep track of your intake each day?
