I have been away & off track for a while, but now I am back. |

I have a million excuses on while I let things slide, but I realized there will always be issues & problems in my life. I just need to put myself & my health as near the top of my list as possible. Two & a half weeks ago I started back to regular exercising & writing down everything I eat. As of this morning I have lost 10 lbs. I know I lose the first 10-15 lbs quickly & will slow down, but I am psyched! I feel so much better already. I am glad you folks are here to share with!

Youare off to a good start. If I don't write down what I eat, I don't lose - I need to work on the exercise part - it's hit and miss with me. Hang in there!

Not just the obvious burning more calories, but also the fact that I pay more attention to what I eat after a hard workout.
