so i could not tear myself away from this computer this morning and i let

all the cool morning temps fly away. the sun is out and hot now at 8:30 in the morning but i am still going to try and go out and get some walking done--i've been slacking off the past four days.

I do this all the time- either I wake up too late (because of insomnia) to catch the cooler temps in the mornings, or I get glued to the computer, look up and there its 12noon! Glad to see you're getting yourself back on track-- :hi:
