I started a "diet" a few months ago and I've lost maybe 12 or 13 pounds. I feel pretty good. I can fit into a smaller pant size and just now I tried on a dress I wore last year to my uncle's wedding and its looser. However, I also noted my significant amount of boobage went down, haha. The fat from my breasts is melting away. Why can't it melt away from my belly?! Regardless, I feel really motivated to keep on going.

Please share with us what worked for you!
I'm happy to give up some "boobage" as I've been hauling them around for far too long! Unfortunately, mine are getting longer, not smaller. ;)

I've just been sensible in my eating. I haven't really given up what I like. I just eat a lot less of it. I've also been working out a lot. The exercise part is a lot easier for me than the not eating part, haha.

My mother used to always say she didn't have 34B's, she had 34Longs. I know what she meant now, unfortunately. What I wouldn't give to lose some boobage!
