Well, it's been five weeks and I only lost five pounds |

but I lost two inches off my waist. So believe it or not, I am putting on muscle. I lift weights every morning and follow that up with a mile run. Then I skip rope at noon and walk another mile. Then I walk a mile at night. Of course I eat clean too. I am already looking foward to next spring so I can start inline skating again. That really takes off the weight and builds up the core.
Edited to add:My manboobs are getting smaller too!!!

makes me tired :) I am so happy for you that you have the energy and stamina to exercise the way you do. Your body will thank you for it. 5lbs lost is 5 not gained :woohoo:
keep up the good work.
