I made something really healthy tonight... brown rice with onions, peppers, garlic, and shredded chicken breast and low fat mozzerella. But it tastes sooooo good that I want to have way more than the serving size.
Maybe I just need to get used to bland foods so I won't keep wanting more.

try eating small portions of it many times in the day, you'll feel like you're getting more than you should. A healthy meal like that is good for you. Even if you DO eat more than what they say a portion should be I really don't see anything wrong with it.
Don't deprive yourself. Eating bland will only serve to make you dissatisfied and then you'll go for something you shouldn't

is raw veggies. Fill up on that and enjoy a standard serving of your healthy dish.
Your dish does sound really good, and healthy too.
