Today is food day at work. Which really means everyone bring you gooiest, yummiest, most fattening desserts to work day.
I have not eaten a bit of the food anyone brought. I have stuck to my eating plan & only eaten what I brought for myself today.
Not a easy task, but I feel great about it.
