Starting this journey
once again. I am determined to give it the attention it deserves this though.
I joined a WW meeting last night, which I think will work out well. I trust them.
So just thought I'd join in here, and see how everyone is. :hi:

1. Weight Watchers is a great program.
I am going it alone this time, but I am using a lot I learned from WW.
Talking to people in the same boat is always helpful!

4. Congratulations for taking a step forward for you again!
I know, from personal experience, how difficult it can be to 'start the journey' once again. Taking that first step, as you did by joining WW was wonderful!

I keep having bad days and good days. Or partially good days. Like today, I had a good Atkins breakfast, then a Lean Cuisine for lunch, then out to dinner with Mr. Lavenderdiva, and his parents at a Thai restaurant. Came home and had ice cream. Man oh man. Why do I do those things? It never makes me feel better in any way at all, yet I seem to find myself making the same mistakes again and again... I guess just recognizing the same mistake is a baby step, but really!

anyway.....

I think we all have good days and bad days. I ate NOTHING after dinner last night. Which is a coup for me. I'm not sure how long I can keep that up though. I'm not a 12 stepper by any means... but the phrase "one day at a time" makes alot of sense to me.

6. WW is probably a very good bet
Lots of support, and you aren't herded into any one type of diet plan. I'm with you all the way on the "again" part, all the way. Good luck to you and to all of us!
