Week 11 of Weight Watchers |

26 pound gone! Wo-hoo! I am feeling great!
My goal is to lose 80 pounds. So, I have a long way to go. But I am really feeling the difference now.
I am eating less and exercising. The main thing, though: no fast food burgers, tacos, burritos or pizza. Cutting those things out of my diet made a huge difference.
The weight loss has not been 100% consistent. In gained 0.6 pounds the week of Thanksgiving. But I lost big the week after.

Yes--the fast food habit is gone from my life completely too, and frankly, I don't even miss it.

Cutting out the burgers was a wise move. A Big Mac and medium fries has almost 1000 calories in it. A Whopper and medium fries has just over 1000 calories in it. At the height of my burger binges I once ate 3 Big Macs in one sitting along with super size fries and a mega large Coke. That was probably enough calories for 2 days.
