Having a hard time these past few days |

kind of obsessing on chocolate (hey I'm a woman ;)) so far I've been good though. Maybe if work weren't so dang boring at the moment. I do tend to eat when I'm bored.

buy a bar of low carb/low sugar chocolate (they aren't too bad actually),
or buy some unsweetened dark chocolate squares, melt a couple in the microwave, add some splenda and a little dash of milk--it's good,
or sometimes just a mug of no-sugar added hot chocolate hits the spot (even in summer).
I have a hard time fighting my chocolate cravings too, so I usually just try to deal with them in the least caloric way as possible!
