I'm down 12 lbs since last November. yay! :bounce:
It's coming off really slowly, like about 2 lbs/month. But it is coming off finally. I've about gotten rid of the sleep problems I was having and now sleep through the night most nights.
I hope I can keep this up for another 6 months. I have a long way to go, but this is a good pace for me.

1. Twelve pounds is a lot, no matter how much you need to lose. Congratulations!! |

Glad to hear you are sleeping better also, because that is something which can do much more than prohibit weight loss. I say this as someone who nearly died from sleep apnea so I know how bad it can be.
Keep it up!! :cheer::hug::cheer:

You're wise to be patient! Whatever you're doing is working and the great thing about weight loss is that you get to experience the positive aspects with each pound. :) Congratulations! :yourock:

12 lbs is absolutely wonderful!! and I'm thrilled to hear about your sleep problems vanishing. Getting better sleep (and more of it) I find, makes it easier to stick to your eating program. When I'm tired, I make poor food choices. When I am rested, I am better able to control what I am eating, and when.
I have faith in you! you're gonna make it 6 months!! :toast:
