Anyone currently doing South Beach? Just curious. I'm starting week 2 today. |

Phase 1 is not fun but not horrible although I don't feel that I've lost anything this first week which is not especially motivating- especially after reading how much weight others have lost during the first phase. I may stay on another week after week 2 - we'll see how this goes. But boy am I missing drinking wine and also fruit (it's mango and berry season which makes it really hard).
Any inspiring South Beach Success stories to share that might help motivate me? Any tips?
I'm doing my best to exercise- have a trainer twice a week and in between I've just started doing some dancing tapes (ok- I confess- "Sweatin to the Oldies"- which by the way, is actually fun and it helps that the others doing the dancing are of all sizes and ages and yes- Richard Simmons is obnoxious but the music is fun and I did sweat) and walking when it's not too hot.

I swear his is the only tapes that I cannnot sit through. He just makes me want to get up and move. You're right. It does help that he has all kinds of people.
