Anyone here use a bodybugg? |
|
It's the device that they use on Biggest Loser. I was recently the VERY fortunate recipient of one and am in the process of trying to figure out how to get set up on it.
I was just wondering if anyone here has ever used it?

How's it going with the bodybugg?
Is it useful for staying on track?

You know exactly how many calories you're eating and how many you're burning - and exactly what the difference between the two is. The program is fantastic!
Unfortunately mine isn't working right now and I'm waiting to hear back from technical support....

It's a device that keeps track of calories consumed and calories burned. You upload info to their website. http://www.bodybugg.com/

The online program is wonderful - you can see how many carbs, fat, protein, etc., you can check your calorie burning level hour by hour, and so on. I just love it!

5. I'm getting to the point now where I'm slightly more active, and I'm very intrigued by it. |
|
If I had the disposable income I'd definitely consider getting one. As it is there's just no way. :(

8. I lucked out - someone had used it to lose weight and was done with it, so he just gave it to me. |
|
I'd look for something like that - ask around, call any trainers or doctors who use it, it seems a lot of people will either just give theirs away when they've lost the weight they want to lose or else they will sell it very cheaply.
