I spent a week and 1/2 straying from my eating plan. But this past week, I did much better.
I have lost not only the 1.2 lb that I gained, but I also lost another pound. (Much of it was my cycle.)
Total weightloss is about 14 lbs now, Next week, I expect to be below 160 for the first time in about five years. Yay!

I have been doing great with my eating, but totally fell of the gym-wagon.

I am in the same range as you are. I got down to 163 in October then didn't do so well. At most I went up about 5 pounds. Today I was a little below 163 so now I can say I'm starting over.
I haven't been this "low" for 15+ years.
Between Octboer and now, I tried some variations of my new eating plan, and yeah, I ate ice cream, etc., in quantities that basically set me up to balloon up. So now I'm back to the routine. If I want variety, I have a different fruit, but I'm not going to vary this again until I lose another 30 pounds. I'm amazed at how different I feel now and, better yet, the doc took me off my blood pressure meds on Friday. :woohoo:
