I watched all the proceedings from today. I think that everytime a pub came up to speak, I ate something.
I haven't been this miserable from overeating for a couple of years.
Never again will I let my emotions take over my eating. Stupid me.

Got laid off because of them back in June, 2007. No permanent job STILL. Meanwhile, the 50 pounds I lost in the years before that are all back from stress-eating, my blood pressure is up, and my joints constantly ache. I'm sure it has all taken at least 5 years off of my life. The temp job I am working this summer is 40 hours a week outdoors. Hoping to drop some of that weight.
