We got Wii for Christmas. We've been playing a lot. I love it. I really love the table tennis, and it gets my heart rate up and makes me jump around a lot.
Has anyone here lost weight playing Wii? Anyone know of a site that tells you how many calories you burn playing each game?

3. I've been using my Wii for workout but don't waste your money on the Fit |
|
I hate the fit and probably should just sell the thing. It focuses way too much on balance and I hate being yelled at to 'get in balance' when all I want to do is just work out.
But there are so many other great Wii games for weight lost. I have the Zymba one but haven't tried it yet. I have both "Just Dance" and even though they technically aren't exercize games I think they are fun workouts (especially with the upper body)
