A couple week slip-up, trying to get it back together.
Here is my post over at the Exercise and Fitness Group

I think as far as the weightloss is concerned, the key(aside from diet change) is really what time I eat my dinner considering my schedule. If I eat around 3:30 or 4, I can still sit with my family, which for us is very important to have family dinners regularly, and then grab a shower or whatever and hit the sheets.
Anyway, as I mentioned over there, I am going to try keeping myself honest and get back to posting here again with the good and bad.

3. It happens to the best of us.
I went through a really bad period recently, and I'm still waiting until I can get my bike fixed up well enough to be able to ride it for exercise as well as transportation to and from work. As long as you can be honest enough with yourself to know that you're going off the right track, it's not too difficult to regain your sense of focus and discipline. It sounds like you're doing well once again, and it will pay off in the end. Best of luck to you! :D

4. Kudos to you, Tripper11
for recognizing what needs to be done. I think it is a healthy, mature outlook...and one which will bring much success, as well.

I look forward to reading more of your posts. You'll have plenty of support here! :hi:
