I lost 3.5 lbs. in two weeks |

I just started working out with a trainer 3x a week, plus I keep a food diary. I'm eating about 2,000 calories per day and don't feel deprived (I always get at least one sweet thing per day to keep me happy).
I'm really excited about this. This is the first time I've felt really comfortable working out, and I owe a lot to my trainer who keeps me motivated and working hard, despite my injuries (I was in a car accident about six weeks ago, so I can't do everything).
