And it's sooo not funny. I think I'm a bit hysterical. (the word, "hyster" and all) I can just see it; "Girl are EMPOWERED by butt slapping. It they didn't want their butts slapped, they would wear baggy sweat pants every day. So it's their fault for having available butts to slap in the first place besides, butt slapping makes them feel good about themselves and if they choose to participate in butt slapping day, why do you want to violate their rights?, huh?
