Of course it isn't even a disconnect, since laws restricting access to abortion do give the government control over one's body and health care decisions, and public-payer health insurance doesn't.

Most of the RW talkers are just that.
They get their talking points from the top and rarely deviate so much as an inch.
I have always been fascinated by hard-right wing women though.
Do they really understand they are making their own lives harder?
or are they so miserable they HATE any other female that might be improving her lot simply by trying?
