Also, just out of curiosity, if she were a male and posted a thread about somebody punching her in the face, would it also have been locked because of a possible crime ?
What if she were discussing a bar fight ?
How about illegal protesting ?
Vandalism ?
Trespassing ?

I have seen all of those being discussed and/or discouraged on DU.
So why is rape different ?
