out of their idiocy? :shrug: I know that's why I've sometimes become entangled in situations like that. If you are passionate about a particular perspective, it can be difficult to not defend it.

Sometimes it's helpful to keep in mind that some people really have little desire to change or see another perspective. Some are, but unfortunately it seems rare these days.
