I just signed up for MySpace because it seems like I know a lot of people there. Rather than just having a random collection of friends I want to make my page progressive.
If anyone here on the Feminism group is on Myspace please let me know. I'd like to Friend you. And if you know how I find and subscribe to good groups at Myspace please feel free to drop me a clue. :)
I know this is a bit off-topic for this board, and I appologize for that, but I didn't think posting just in the lounge would reach the people here, and you're people I want to keep talking to.

Over the next few days--it'll take me that long, I'm sure. I work nights so my participation in ANYTHING tends to be hit and miss. But I like the idea.

I'm very surprised at how quickly I suddenly have a page with a lot of people on it. :)
I'm going away this weekend to Montreal, so next weekend I'm going to spend some time just exploring the groups. It'll be nice to see what's out there.
If I find some good progressive feminist stuff I'll share the information around.

I'm not a member of myspace at present. Somehow I seem able to read some of the pages there despite it. Other times, people have sent me links I can't access. :shrug:

that you can set things so that only "friends" can see things, or anyone who is a member, or anyone at all. It all depends on how they set up their pages.
If/when you set up a page please let me know. I'd love to be one of the friends on your page. :)
