and now GD and the board is going be loaded with the "I hate soccer/World Cup" threads. :eyes: They can go watch fat boys swinging sticks or rednecks driving in circles and leave the rest of us alone.

2. Well, I hate the vuvuzelas! |

They sound like a million bees buzzing. I got up at 4.00 a.m. on Monday (Sydney time) to watch Australia play Germany (the less said about that match the better – what an embarrassment). Mr Matilda was asleep, so I didn't want to have the TV up too loud, but I couldn't hear the commentary for all the buzzing. Drove me crazy.

4. At least New Zealand upheld the honour of the Antipodes. |

They scored their first ever point in the World Cup finals in forcing a tie with Slovakia.
They will rub our noses in it, but good on them. I hope they do well in their next match.
