Did you actually see either of those guys play last year? They are clearly inferior. And, i saw them all at camp this year. (I live about 16 miles from their training camp.)

Grossman has the better arm, better touch, better timing, and you can see the lift in the other players when he's behind center. They believe in him! That's as important as anything else.

Bet you thought Favre sucked because he tried to squeeze passes into tight places and got them intercepted. Unitas too? Elway?

Guys with big arms and confidence always throw the occasional bad pass. His QB rating is still over 100!

And Yet. . .

. . .when he was healthy, they immediately inserted him into the starting role. And he won two games when he came back. And when they lost to Carolina in the playoffs, it was the defense that caused that loss. (They couldn't stop Steve Smith.) They scored enough to win, with the "sucky" QB starting. Go figure.

And they made the playoffs last year. Hint: It wasn't because of Orton. It was despite Orton.

9. Fuckin' Grossman

In my dynasty league, I had McNabb as QB, so i was stylin' big time in the first half of the season. Well, you know how that went. Then I am left with Grossman and Trent Green. I played Grossman two weeks ago and he got me 1 big point. This last week I played him because, shit, he was playing the Vikings (MY team, btw, but even I knew it was clear Chi would win that game) and that douchebag gets me -2 points in a game I have to win to get to the playoffs. Luckily I had Reggie Bush who scored 45 points for me and I won.

Greise COULD NOT be worse than Grossman. If the Bears don't change QBs, they are basically saying they don't want to go to the superbowl.

Completely exposed Grossman for the inept bungling QB he is.

I do hope Lovie sticks with him, because I want to see the Bears go none-and-done AGAIN the playoffs. Which they will, because as various talking heads have noted, the Bears seem to only win games when they get special teams or defensive TDs. You can't count on that stuff in the playoffs - you're facing disciplined teams. Thus the Bears coming up short again and again in the postseason.
