Though as a Vikes fan I wouldn't mind seeing Tice get the boot.
But Capers took a team that had a GREAT start as an expansion franchise, looked to be turning the corner, and then just crashed this year. It's not like they had any key injuries, either. Just a dismal offensive line and a defense that used to win them games but now can barely keep up.
