| 1. And welcome to Miami!! |

Given the choice of Culpepper, Gus Frerotte or Sage Rosenfels, I'll take Culpepper every time.

I think he deserves a shot the way he has played. I know his family and he is an Iowa guy that went to ISU so I have a soft spot for him. Daunte will fumble away everything with his small hands.

| 3. Wish we could have gotten a little more. |

That 2nd round pick and a serviceable player would have been nice.
But then, Daunte is damaged goods. His knee might never be the same. And those fumbles, ugh.
My image of him being a nice guy was ruined by the boating scandal. He had some brilliant games, but also had some of the worst games by any Vikings QB.

that we got what he is worth. Ziggy didn't seem to think he was rehabbing as aggresively as he should have. I think his hands are just to small to hang onto the ball and Miami will find that out soon.

| 5. One of his biggest problems, that we saw time and time again... |
|
is that any defense that could fake the blitz, force him to change the play, then back out of the blitz into coverage, was guaranteed to get:
1) A coverage sack (often with bonus fumble) 2) An ill-advised/forced pass (often with bonus INT)
If a defense lines up and then gives him what he expects, he's a stellar QB. But then, a lot of QBs are in that situation.
